a little difference or a big change?
Recently, Cheney has a feeling that there might be a little difference or can be seen as a big change on Cheney's characteristics....
Cheney's colleague does not performing well on his position, of course, there was lots of reason resulted this condition, and Cheney definitely does not have the power to punish him or something else.... however, Cheney was thinking that if Cheney has the power to make decision, what decision will Cheney make ?
Give him a warning or just fire him ?
Then...here comes the difference, before 3 years ago, Cheney might still give him a warning and guide him to the correct fashion, but now....Cheney might make the decision to fire him due to the non-efficiency working status....see...Cheney is different from the past, more mean,,,,,,,more cruel....
Is it good or bad ? Cheney thinks that most people will tell Cheney it is not good....
but is the reality really bad ?.....Cheney wonders......

Cheney is still Cheney..... is still the one you know....friends are different from colleagues.....Dear zawa, you are definitely right, but from the point view of management, actually this is a dilemma, cause it might affect the team\'s morale..... but if let the situation going worse, then will lead the whole team perform with non-efficiency......see..this is the power of learning ..it is quite interesting, right?
